AWARDA computer-vision platform that checks whether a store's shelves match the planogram. Staff photograph a shelf; a YOLO-based model compares it against the stored planogram and returns what needs restocking and what's misplaced, while managers track compliance and staff time on a dashboard.

LIVEAI-driven customer engagement & retention platform for enterprise and mid-market clients. Owned the roadmap and end-to-end execution as Senior Project Manager, leading a 25-person cross-functional team through Agile/hybrid sprint execution and RAID-based risk management.

SHIPPEDGold Vault in UBS Mobile Banking — letting clients buy, sell, and track physical gold holdings against live CHF pricing and performance history. Delivered as an Authorized Officer within the Mobile Banking portfolio, running sprint execution and release coordination for digital banking features, tracking RAID to protect schedule and scope, and reporting release status and risk summaries to senior stakeholders.
