I started on the engineering side of the table — as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, then across contract and associate engineering roles at NTT DATA, Aspire Systems, and Cognizant. That background is still the lens I manage programs through: I read a roadmap the way I used to read a codebase — dependencies first, risk second, everything else after.

The shift into program leadership started at UBS as an Authorized Officer, then deepened through Temus and EPAM, where I ran governance for an AUD 2–3M, 45+ person integration program end to end. Today, at Purands, I own the roadmap for an AI-driven customer engagement platform — translating strategy into shipped releases for enterprise and mid-market clients.

Alongside delivery, I completed an MBA at Singapore Management University (Dean's Lister, Executive Leadership Committee), the NUS Future Leader Programme, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals — and I'm currently in IIT Madras's Professional Program in Agentic AI and Applications.
